For a few years (2003-2010) I taught aspects of ICT (computer stuff) for Warwickshire's Adult and Community Learning. Often the people I was teaching were older than me, although there was a good range of ages. It was all interesting, challenging, and useful. What's left here are just some bits I hung on to.
